All new clients MUST book a free initial consultation prior to booking a session. Following the initial consultation, a diagnostic assessment will be given to inform your tutor's instruction and identify your child's area(s) of growth. After your diagnostic debrief, the GEM Bundle can be purchased. Sessions will be reserved via standing appointments. This means your child's sessions will take place on the same days and times each week.

There is a 15 minute arrival grace period. If student will arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session will need to be rescheduled within 14 days. All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 4 hours before the start of the scheduled session. Any sessions that need to be rescheduled must be rescheduled within 14 days.

It will take time to reach your child’s goals. Therefore, your commitment and the commitment of your child are essential to their success. I highly recommend consistent attendance. Irregular attendance may be detrimental to your student’s academic growth and prevent the attainment of desired educational goals. GEM Tutors will attend each session with enthusiasm and encouragement and expect the same positive attitude from each student.
